When are the Reaktor Player versions of your products coming out?

We have had a lot of requests for this and we are working on it as hard as we can. Please be patient. We will let you know as soon as they are available.

What is your License Agreement for Software and Sounds (EULA)?

Can we buy a multi-user license or a site license for our business or institution?

Yes, please contact us. Write us an email if you need and we will be glad to help you set something up.

Do you offer student discounts?

At the moment, no. We are a small team and we are working hard to bring you the best products we can at affordable prices.

Are your samples royalty free?

Yes, but you may not use them to make other sample libraries. Please see our End User License agreement for more information and details.

Do you guys have sales or deals ever?

Check the news regularly. On occasion we do something special. Sign up for our Facebook or Twitter using the links at the bottom of the page to stay in touch!

Can I use the free ‘Reaktor Player’ version to run your products?

Unfortunately, not yet. We are in the process of updating or products and website to support the free version of Reaktor. We hope to have this done soon.

How do I register a product so that I can download it from the updates section on the site?

Please register your products if you would like 24/7 access to re-download your purchase(s) direct from our site. Unfortunately, this is a manual step you must take if you wish to access the products 24/7 from our site. We are working on a solution.

Why can’t I access the downloads area?

If you manually registered your product, your name should have been added to a customer list and granted access to the downloads area. If this is not the case, please register your product. You may need to create a new Twisted Tools account using the email you used to purchase the product. If you need help, please write us and we can set it up manually.

How can I pay for your products, do you only take credit card?

We currently accept PayPal where you can pay with a credit card of your choice. If you would like to buy Vortex, but don’t have a credit cart, you can send us an email to set up an alternate method of payment such as cash, money order or check. Visit our ‘Contact’ page to get in touch with us.

What is your return policy?

Unfortunately once you have purchased a product, we cannot offer a refund unless you have not downloaded it from our merchant delivery service or our website.

What are the terms and conditions?

All software downloaded from our website comes with no warranty and is licensed to you, not sold to you. We are not be responsible for any lost data, hardware problems or financial loss incurred as a result of using our software, samples or website .
